PhotoPaperPlus.com does its best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased or the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (Not After Use), it may be exchanged or returned only in the original unopened packaging. Please follow instructions below.

Cancellations
PhotoPaperPlus.com processes most orders within 24-48 hours. Customers may cancel their orders within 2 hours from the time the order was placed. We will work with you to cancel any orders after that timeframe; however, this is on a case to case basis. In most instances once an order has been processed, we will be unable to process a cancellation. Please follow our return process to return any items.

Returns
PhotoPaperPlus.Com does its best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased it may be exchanged or returned only in the original unopened packaging within 30 days from the ship date. Any item that is opened or shows use, is not accepted for return. Contact a customer service agent for instructions on a return. Once our return department has received and processed your return, you will receive a refund for the purchase price you paid minus any shipping charges back to original payment method that was used. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost of the merchandise will be deducted from the credit we apply back to your payment method.

If a package is returned to us as undelivered, unclaimed, returned or refused, we will process the return minus all shipping charges paid or if free delivery was on the order, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit.

Damaged Items
If an item of your order is defective when you received the shipment from us (not after use), please contact customer service immediately for further instructions.
