PhotoPaperPlus.com normally ships all in stock items within 24-48 business hours from the time your order is received. On occasion where there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via e-mail.

Shipping Method:
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS ground and are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day the order was placed.

 Any express shipments will be charged regular UPS rates which can be viewed at checkout.

Backorders: 
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse, we will contact you if items are backordered.   

Returns / Exchanges 
PhotoPaperPlus.com does its best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased or the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (Not After Use), it may be exchanged or returned only in the original unopened packaging.
