Shipping Rates and Policies

PhotoPaperPlus.com normally ships all in stock items within 24-48 business hours from the time your order is received. On occasion where there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order we will notify you via e-mail.

 

Shipping Method:
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS ground and are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day the order was placed. Most orders ordered by 3:00pm ESTwill be shipped the same day. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Due to UPS policies, customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.

Please note: For security purposes we can only ship your order to one of the following:
  • Same as billing address
  • Cardholders business address
  • Cardholders physical home address
We can not ship to any Motels, Hotels, Resorts or PO boxes.

Backorders: 
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse, we will contact you if items are backordered.   

 

Returns / Exchanges 
PhotoPaperPlus.com does its best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased or the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (Not After Use), it may be exchanged or returned only in the original unopened packaging. Please follow instructions on our return policy page.
