February 4, 2010I received my order from you yesterday shipped via UPS. I wanted to thank you for the quick service and tell your shipping department that they did a great job preparing the package. The box came with a gaping hole in the bottom and side caused by some penetrating object. Fortunately, the boxes of photo paper were well protected by bubble wrap and cardboard and were undamaged. Otherwise it would have ruined both of the 11x17 boxes of Watercolor Rag and Canvas. Thanks for the good work,
